BOOKING YOUR PHOTO SESSION

We would be happy to arrange a consultation before your photo session so as we ascertain your entire requirements and ensure that you receive all the attention you need to secure a successful and amazing experience with us!

You will be required to pay an advance amount of 50% deposit of the total photo session fee
to reserve the photographer's services. 
The remaining 50% will be due on the day of the session.

We would kindly ask that our clients sign a Limited Photo Release Form which will give us permission to use a limited number of photos for our promotional, marketing and social media purposes.

Clients must carefully read your Preparation Email which outlines all of the relevant details you will be required to prepare you for your session.

We would strongly suggest that you employ the services of a professional hair and make-up artist for your photo session.

Regular turnaround time is 18 business days from the date you select your final pictures.

Your photo session will be delivered to the client via emailed to you via a link using
WeTransfer.com which will expire in 7 days.

Headshot Package 1:  
1 wardrobe change,

2 wardrobe changes,

Our professional team of expert Hair and Make-Up Artists are available at additional costs.  

Please contact us for further details If you require faster turn around, a rush fee of $55 is applied per image and images will be returned within seven business days.

CANCELLATIONS
A full 72 hours/3 days notice is required if you wish to cancel your photo session.  Failure to do so will result in you having to pay the full cost of your agreed session.
